An homage to the elegant form and compound curve of the winnowing basket, the Winō herb stripper reintroduces the distance agricultural gesture into the contemporary kitchen.

The design follows the shape of the palm to naturally catch and funnel the ingredients into any container. The unglazed underside of the piece serves as a non-slip texture and adds a natural element to the design.
